Why did you join the team at the Electric City Food Co-Op?
I joined the team at Electric City Food Co-Op to leverage my non-profit, fundraising, board, and legal experience to help ECFC achieve its worthy mission to bring a community grocery store to downtown Schenectady. The Co-Op's focus on providing sustainable, affordable food options aligns perfectly with my desire to make a meaningful impact where I live and work. I look forward to combining my legal skills with the diverse talents of our board to create positive experiences for the people of Schenectady.
What excites you about Schenectady?
Schenectady is an inspiring demonstration of how small cities can successfully rebound and rebrand in a post-industrial economy. I am genuinely excited by the city's transformation back into a dynamic, livable community. This change exemplifies resilience and reinvention, qualities I deeply admire. Being part of this vibrant community at this time is exciting and meaningful to me, both professionally and personally.
