This month, Board Member Angela Williams (MO#813) shares one of her tried and true recipes for energy - GREEN JUICE!  

Just last week, Angela kicked of her STRONG OWLS health and wellness class with a fresh batch of this delicious, refreshing Energy Green Drink. Rumor has it that everyone who imbibed this delicious elixir couldn't help but get up and dance!  Through her own nonprofit, Strong Owls Inc, Angela offers a free health and wellness class for women the 2nd Friday of each month. Class is held at 400 Craig Streets, Schenectady NY 12307.  Women ONLY. Ages 16 and up
 

Green Juice for Energy
Ingredients:

8 large Kale leaves

1 lime

1“ cube ginger

2 granny smith apples

1 large celery heart

1 lb carrots


  Directions

Run through your juicer and drink up for hours of energy. Makes 2 8oz glasses
