What: In advance of our Oct 5 Special Member-Owners Meeting to vote on proposed changes to our By-Laws, we will have a Question & Answer session with our capital campaign consultant, Ben Sandel to better understand the proposed changes and the opportunities they create for us to raise capital from our Member-Owner community in a way that generates benefits for our Member-Owners.
