She is an advocate for strengthening the local & regional food system, is on the recently formed Food Council. She is a proud sponsor of Planned Parenthood, Double H and the Regional Food Bank.

Why did you join the team at the Electric City Food Co-Op?
Schenectady deserves access to locally grown and sourced food. I want a single place to visit that has all my locally made things and I want to support the local food system.

What excites you about Schenectady?
All of it, the business community, a lot of which family owned, the people, the restaurants. I constantly want to show off all the great things that come from Schenectady! The evolution and innovation of our great city!

Supporting local is so important, the money has 7x the effect of money spent in a big box or online.
