Through this cooperative capital campaign tool, co-ops can raise money without giving up ownership or control to external shareholders, preserving the community-focused mission of the co-op.
Membership Tiers will provide Member-Owners different levels of Equity Rebates based on the amount of their equity payments and their Member-Ownership Tier. Consistent with ECCG’s core principle of “one member, one vote,” each Member-Owner will be entitled to vote, no matter what tier they choose to invest in.
