Why did you join the team at the Electric City Food Co-Op?
I joined a group of electric people that are passionate about the food we eat and where it comes from. I have been helping a local farmer raise their beef cattle for the past 10 years and am passionate about farming and the community it serves. I'm thankful for a great team and community that has real momentum as we make this downtown grocery store a reality.

What excites you about Schenectady?
Seeing the changes Schenectady has gone through from the ‘70’s to today excites me. The energy the Electric City has today is growing. The support and care both the public and private sectors have for a healthy ecosystem is driving great results and strengthening our community. The opportunity of a cooperatively run downtown community grocery store really excites me!
